e-harmony vs. match.com international

Guys, I'm telling you match.com international is the way to go. You'll avoid all of the issues surrounding agency women discussed by Traveller recently.
As I was replying to an e-mail from a beautiful 23 year-old from Colombia, I received an e-mail from e-harmony that a new match had been found for me. Surprise, surprise...another 38 year-old BBW (big, beautiful woman) from the Northeast. Come on, I'm 35 and weigh 145, what am I going to do with a BBW other than suffocate. I wish I could send all the guys on e-harmony, a link to match.com international, CSH or ACG.
The more I've used match.com international, the more impressed I am. If you're not fluent in Spansih, you'll either have to translate everything using babelfish.com, for example, or limit your search to women knowing English. Another amazing thing about match.com is that you can request a search of women from a particular country, state or department, or city even in Colombia or Mexico. So Brandon, for example, could focus on women from Manizales for his upcoming trip.
For those of us who've been to Colombia, I think it adds a lot of credibility when we tell a woman that we've been to her country.
One last misc. item, I recommend you guys go see Spanglish for an interesting contrast between life with a Latina vs. an AW. This film will probably not win any Oscar nominations, but it was reassuring that I'm on the right path in pursuing a Latina.

I saw Spanglish, it was a great movie.  Ironically it was the movie choice of the drop-dead gorgeous, playboy-bunnyesque AW that I was seeing at the time.  When she chose the movie, of course, I thought it was ironic as I am planning my first trip to Colombia, and she (the AW) has been relegated to my "Plan B", rather than my first option.  If she steps up to the plate, great.  If not, she wasn't my first option anyway.

Even more ironically, I am "battling" with eHarmony as we speak.  I am COMPLETELY identifying with you on the BBW thing.  First I was saddened with the BBW's, or generally unattractive women they were sending me (definitely not the women they show in the ads... hmmmm :-).  Then I was even more deeply saddened with the number of women who either have "No photos posted yet", or "Wants to share photos at a deeper stage of the communication process", or whatever bogus reason they have for not showing you how they look.  My photos are posted so they can see whether they're attracted to me or not, and I would expect the same courtesy.

I have been looking at match.com international, but I definitely have to get my Spanish game up before I can even think of participating.

Nothing wrong with a playboy-bunnyesque woman for fun, but when it comes to finding a wife, I think Colombia is the place to search.

It is good to know that someone on this forum can identify with my struggles on E-harmony. Today my match was a 31 unemployed woman from North Hollywood. LOL!!! Definetely, looking towards my next trip to Colombia.

About match.com, I'd encourage to start now. Forget mastering Spanish before you begin. Just send them your profile with "Hola. Como estas? Me gustas mucho. If they're interested, they'll respond.
