hows the weather now in phils

I have heard this is bad weather time, in manila etc and then
i heard cebu is not bad this time of year, since i have never been
there yet, please thouse in the know, inform me

I was in Cebu for four months last summer.
The weather was fine for me, it was not as hot
and humid as my home city of Atlanta.
Shorts are fine to wear almost anywhere you go.
I would not base my trip on the weather, the hottest
month is May, and it was still tolerable for me.
There are only two seasons- rainy and less rainy, I prefer the
rainy season, it helps to clean the air.
