There was a post or two recently on the Poor But Happy site asking about reliable and moderately priced flower delivery in Colombia.
I've learned a lot from a couple of Latin-related boards and I've been working on a list of "resources" that I've used or heard good things about. Then, when these types of questions get asked I can try to help someone else with a quick link rather than a long explanation.
