For those of you who are interested in staying in Cartagena at an American owned condo rather than the numerous hotels available there you might want to contact Mark.  I have not used his place but have spoken with him on the telephone a couple times and he seems like a nice and helpful guy.  He made one post about his rental on the LWL awhile back but was unaware of P-L.  He will probably do a follow up post in the future once he applies for membership and gets approved but in the meantime here is the link:

(Pete, it might be worth checking out if you're heading down there.)

For all the Cartagena aficionados, I forgot to mention that Mark has plans of opening a correspondence type agency of selected ladies in the near future.  I'm sure he will post information regarding that soon along with the URL.

He was also telling me that a new agency besides AFA, is now in operation.

His mentioning this other agency impressed me.  It kind of shows the type of guy he is.  Now that there are three + choices for contacting ladies in Cartagena it might be worth more consideration finding that special lady there.
