My reasons are more than intuitive.  I would say it is based more on experience with persons with attitudes and actions similar to Batman's.  Two points that stuck out in his post on Caligringo that set off an alarm to me were:

1. He says his girlfriend of 3 years is 19 now.  That would have made her 16 when they met.  I feel that that is an inappropriate age for a healthy relationship and it seems to me he is exploiting the naivity of her youth.  Someone her age can not make a reasoned decision on what she wants in a relationship.

2.  He said he does owe Charles a few hundred dollars rent and he will send him a check.  I have heard more than a few "the check is in the mail" stories and they rarely end well.  With all the planning that went into this tour, certainly a legitimate deal would at least include prompt payment, not a "I'll send you a check".  Even if he is a bit unhappy with the way the tour ended, he still has an obligation to pay promptly since he was provided with the agreed lodging.  I don't know enough about Charles to form a clear opinion of his actions in the situation, but clearly it seems the rooms were provided as agreed and it was bad faith and actions on Batman or Batman's clients part that caused things to end badly.

Besides the post there was his website that was a bit risque in my opinion when he first put it up.  To me, it indicated that he placed a higher emphasis on sex over relationships.  While this in and of itself isn't a terrible thing, coupled with all the other things I have seen from him indicates to me he is the kind of person who takes advantage of people and situations and not one who does the right thing by people.

I think maybe the most important thing to point out is what batman
stated.. it was 3:am in the morning the girls in the room were 16 but
they were relatives of his girlfriend and they were just dancing. I do not
know about any where else but up here if that happened you are going
to jail plain and simple. It does not take a brain surgeon to figure out
what really was going on and for any man here to say hey it was just a
misunderstanding then you then you a trip to the local jail to meet some
of these scum bags who take advantage of under age girls, and since you
asked yes I have two daughters and it does offend me!

Does his girlfriend recruit her relatives as well as other  minor young girls?. I'm sure she is used as a pawn to lure young girls for Batman's services because they are easy targets.This story gets worse and worse.There is no excuse batman can give for his behavior. None at all.

I don't really buy it.  For reasons both clear and things one must read between the lines.  I saw Batman's earliest posts (advertisements) when he was still a member here, and the images, the nudity and the sales pitch just had a feel to it that was pretty dubious.  If memory serves, the implication at that time was that the house and car were all his...and well, while I don't know the details, something smelled funny.

As far as the working girls go, while I personally don't have a problem with it, this is simply not the place for it at all.  I can imagine trying to explain to (a girl, my mother, whatever) "Yes I found out about my wife through planet-love where we talk about where to find brides and program girls."  It simply doesn't belong here.  And the Batman scenario pretty much implies that soft-hooking had or would occur at "his" house.

But the clincher, which someone else picked up on at caligringo is:
"I only offered introductions to reagular girls who work, go to school or are just plain friends of my 3 year Cali novia who is 19 herself."

I beleive the definition of 'novia' is technically 'fiancèe'.  I think its ok in this case, since Batman has shown such profound judgement about hawking (someone else's) house and nude girls on planet-love, that he and his fiance had a platonic relationship all along.

I want to be clear that I am not saying that Batman is a bad guy or an immoral guy and is lying all of the time.  But I know bad judgement when I see it, and posting on (an essentially public) website that You have been dating 16yo in Colombia is just the latest example.

PS:  I also find the "I can't pay you until I get back to US" dubious.  There are a myriad of ways to do that, with ATM, cash, and recpts.

Iswote is a pretty smart guy.
The thing I remember the most is Batman stating HE was the owner of the house from the start.when someone pointed out that was a picture of Charle's and his wife in Batman's house,and also the furniture looked like the one in Charle's house. Batman said he bought the house furniture and all,that was why the pics and everything where in there.. Did'nt he also say he paid cash for it,and explained the money transfer for it? $130,000 I believe he said it cost him.
   I also remember him stating he has made such wise investments, he can literally retire now. For a man with so much business savvy and money, he is ceratinly looking to make peanuts and potentially taint his reputaion starting a whorehouse. There are tons of business oppurtunities out there for someone with lots of money to invest.
   Also, he said his father was in business and he has read all books concerning how to be rich.I have never read a book which reccomends prostition as a key to riches.
   About the 16 year old girlfriend(now 19). I sort of remember he implied he was able to fool around with other girls because she allows it.He is into very young girls, because they are easily manipulated. I do not think he really gets it that a grown man who dates a girl that young is not very ethical.
   The lies he told from the very begining cannot be overlooked,now that he is making excuses. A lie is a lie no matter what.
