Charles, I don't understand.  Batman posted that he was a rich guy.  How could he possibly owe YOU money?  This is quite strange.  Could you explain this??

I have NO clue if this guy (either one really) has any cash (as I do not know them). However you can have a killer income and net worth and still have gotten stupid/desperate/extended enough to not have any cash on hand or anythig liquid enough to get cash soon.

Real simple example: One of my brother inlaws got a nice one time cash influx of $126,???.?? he put $30,000 into each daughters college fund. One of those daughters is now 5 years old with a net worth over 30K but she cant touch or spend it for many, many, many moons... and even then there are RULES out of her control as to how much can be used for what.

Yea, he boasts that he makes six figures.  He wanted to pay after the trip was finished so he could collect everything from his clients.  We talked to him today and he claims his credit cards are all maxed out so he will pay us as soon as he gets back to the states next week.  His clients have told me that they paid everything in advance so who knows.  It's not about the money but I do want what is rightly owed us.
