I served in Vietnam.  1969-1970.  Ancient history.  Some of the most beautiful women I have ever seen were Eur-Asian, with Vietnamese mothers and American or French fathers.  Took your breath away.

Friend of mine just got back from a tour of 'Nam and Thailand.  Said it was a lot of fun, but most girls spoke very little English.

On the other hand, I'm happily married to a pretty young Philippino lady, and her English is pretty darned good.  I'm trying to learn some Tagalog, just for fun.  In the Philippines, English is required every year, starting in grade school.  It is the official 2nd language.

One caveat about what you said - yes, Asian girls are loyal to their families.  Meaning not just you, but ALL their family members.  I have been (voluntarily) sending some money back to my wife's family.  Her mom is over here, in another state, living with 2 sisters.  There is a slow-motion plan afoot to bring the rest of the family over here, time and money permitting.

So keep in mind that you will marry a WHOLE FAMILY, not just one isolated girl.
