K-3 Visa HINDI, I-130 OPO

Well on 6-5-01 I forwarded out K-3 request via
form I-129F per the INS website. The INS has
since removed that version of the form and apparently the processing has not yet started.
Great news though! Called the INS NSC automated
line 5 minutes ago it said our I-130 has been
APPROVED !!! on 6-9-01, interestingly enough on
a SATURDAY ! Guess those folks at the service center are working O.T.
We received our 1st NOA 2-12-01 and receipt said
approval/denial will take 120-160 days for NSC.
They Approved ours in 117 DAYS! Not to Shabby.
THERE is Hope for everyone out there!!!
Wonder if will get our K-3 package and the $95.00
back?  I won't hold my breath.

Hi Dingo,

I'm very happy for you! As happy as a dingo with two dongers. ;o)) We're at day 75, after 1st NOA from TSC. Shouldn't be long now.

Good idea Jim.
I just updated it.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to prepare
for the next step dealing with NVC and the Embassy in Manila?
