Letters take so long! My girlfriend lives in Bogata, and I call her everynight. I have a prepaid calling card through USA-Tel (1 800-390-6891) I pay 19cents a minute. AT&T charged me $3.23 a minute. What a rip-off. Just FYI....Dan

a good dial around I've been using for awhile is 10-16-868  good quality no echo or lag...at least to Cartagena...about 0.18 a min.

Why don't you try to supplement your phone calls with more emails....she can use an internet cafe for a fraction of what it costs to talk on the phone.  And still call her once or twice per week to maintain voice contact....later-Mike
