called Wholesale, this is a travel agent unknown to me. Quoted flight fare Ridiculous $1245 plus $150 taxes from SFO to Cebu City. Ray, that rate you quoted is unavailable. Regardless, since June-August is high season, I hope to find a reasonable fare.

I checked that fare again from cathay-usa.com and it looks like the price just went up yesterday by $440. It's now $1715.75 for the same flights on the same dates. Oh well, those things happen...

I found a round trip airfare for around $1215 including taxes. For my flight in June from SFO to Cebu City using Korean Air Lines, then tranferring to Domestic in Philippines using Cebu Pacific, is $1215 total a reasonable airfare?? Plan on staying two months, what are your thoughts on Cebu city?? greg

I guess that fare is reasonable if you can’t find anything cheaper. Did the agent check with China Airlines? Sometimes they have the lowest fares.

Are you going to stay in Cebu City for 2 months? Cebu is O.K. but what will you do, hang out at the malls all day? After about a week you will probably start running out of things to do. Transportation is cheap over there so why not travel around and see the rest of the country? It's nice to get away from the tourists, the traffic, and the polution. There are nice beach resorts that cahrge around $10-20 a day (or less).

my mistake, the quoted total cost for airfare tickets is $1215. Yes, I plan on visiting numerous locations especially Borcay. I may resident in Cebu City for a month, then live with her family if we have chemistry and are compatible. First I need to focus on my sweetie, then go from there. What happened to HumB? I hope him and Sallie is doing okey.
