If you had read the check list they gave you with the forms you will see it said to include the last three years tax forms. I don't understand why people have so much trouble filling them out, it's not that complicated really. (couldn't be if I figured it out!)lol I did have a few questions for Ray Bacon and Ray S.
OK sorry for blasting you I know it's easy to forget things or leave something out. It may delay things a week or two.
I know it's disappointing but just think how much better it is than a boil on your ass ;-)
