May 12, 2003 -- A Brooklyn woman stabbed her hubby to death early yesterday after he complained about her figure and how long she spent using the computer, cops said.
Judy Thomas, 27, was in the bedroom of the pair's basement apartment on Hemlock Street in Cypress Hills around 1 a.m. when her husband, Jackson Thomas, berated her about the amount of time she spent on the computer, investigators said.
While mouthing off about the size of her backside, Jackson Thomas began pushing his wife and the dispute moved into the kitchen, she told police.
Backed into the counter, Judy Thomas knocked over a block of knives and then brandished a knife at her husband, cops said.
She told police he continued to approach her, asking, "What are you going to do, stab me?"
Judy Thomas stabbed her husband once in the chest, cops said.
He died at Jamaica Hospital less than 40 minutes later.
She was arrested and charged with second-degree murder and weapons possession.
Cops said the couple had no history of domestic violence and neither of them had an arrest record.
"They seemed like a normal couple," said a 23-year-old neighbor, who identified himself as Justice.

Wife: "Does this dress make me look fat?"
Husban: "No, Dear, it's the size of your butt that makes you look so fat!"
