My hormones back now so I feel like posting again.Don't worry guys I never go back to lurk but I just feel I miss this board.
Hope all Mama outhere feeling okey and survive the tough life of being a mother.Boy it's not that easy.I tell myself one time I think I have to swallow my baby back or maybe I will throw him outside on the snow drift. But lucky I never do it.I never cry here because I feel homesick but I cry because I feel tired especially the first month Oh! I thought I gonna die but everythings okey then.Baby Matthew is always a good baby.I'm glad hubby help me a lot.Talking about my husband I was all mad of him when my water broke.I wake him up and tell him "take me now to the hospital my water broke".He move so slow, the only time he move that slow since we got married. There I am trembling, panic don't know what to do and my husband walk  too slow, shave too slow and I keep telling him to make it fast but instead he say I should wait first(labor can't wait) because he have to feed the kitty first, then the fish, then get his fishing book.If I only find the key of the car I guess I would took off and leave him.I'm glad we did make it to the hospital.
The first week after baby's born really hard.I'm glad my mother in law help me .She cook food for me and help clean and baby sit baby.We  win the first baby of the year contest and baby receive lots of prizes and we become famous too because were on the paper with our family picture on the front page. What make me like most is that people we know here or friends and nieghbor call us and make an appointment to visit us and see our baby. They always bring gifts.I know we don't have like this in philippines.I really enjoy it a lot..Since last month seems like people keep coming in our house everyday to see and look at our baby.
Our life change.I never thought about this before.Marriage stay stronger.I'm thankful.
One more thing I'll be thankful is my kitty cat.I thought she be jealous of baby coming but she never did in fact she show care and concern for baby because everytime baby cry and I'm on the other room kitty run and keep meowing and get my attention to follow her and there my baby cry or else baby sometimes next to me then he cry, sometime you have to make things done first(I'm talking about eating)before picking him up and kitty would be upset if I let baby cry.She keep scratching me or biting my legs if we let baby cry.She always look after baby.I keep telling my hubby not to let baby cry because kitty be all  upset.
For those new in this board welcome. My comments about The walker at very first time I read his post and his wife I already have doubts.

P.S:  Greg thank you so much for the card you send me.How are you doing and Gregory?

Here's a "Dancing Queen" lyric just for you (hopefully you're 23 so I don't have to change it Smiley )

You are the PL Queen, young and sweet, only twenty three
PL Queen, feel the heat from the 'puter screen --oh yeah!
You can type, you can post, having a time that's the most --oo-oo-oo
See that girl, watch that screen, dig in the PL Queen

Hope you like it :-)

Hi Raquel,

I am happy to here that you, baby Matthew, your husband, and kitty are all doing well! Sounds like kitty is a big help! Your husband was very calm. If kitty found the car keys first, maybe she would have driven you to the hospital...like Toonces the Driving Cat from Saturday Night Live. Shocked))) Check out the photos. http://www.wrona.com/toonces.html

Dave,

Whatever happened to Toonces anyway? That was one of my favorites on SNL, before the show went to sh**T.

Hey Ray,

I think Toonces went over one too many cliffs! Or maybe he is flying missions in the no-fly zone over Iraq. ;o)))

Feb, please be very careful with the cat around an infant. I dont mean to be alarming but I have heard in the past that cats will get into a babys crib and in looking for a warm place to cuddle up will suffocate the infant.

I hate to suggest something so awful but this is something ive heard of more that once.

You seem like a very sweet girl, you remind me of my gf in manila, and i really love the way you speak english, it also reminds me of my gf,
It sounds to me like you are adjusting to the USA well and that you are living in a place where it snows, a lot,
The usa is very different from the Phils diba. I am just now returning from a long trip to Manila to see my gf and i miss the phils, tapos na. I will be going back in a few months again.
Thank you for sharing your story with us, congratulations on your new baby, and I hope you have a long and happy relationship with your husband. Please keep us posted.

Hi Mike,
Yah,USA is very much different from philippines.Like for example from people to your buildings and houses and everything. There are lots of things I enjoy here so much.Like farming I use to ride on the tractor and combine harvestor with my hubby and I drive tractor too. It's amazing how all this machinery work too fast.We don't have like this in Philippines.Big and small machinery.I like living in the farm too.We have fat belly pig before and  goat but two stray dogs kill my goaty and our fat belly pig we give it to an old guy who adopt unwanted animals.I have bunny's and chicken too but our dog kill them all.I miss them. This spring we plan to buy another goat again and chicken maybe bunny too because we love having animals around. All we have now is one cat and two dogs.I enjoy going to state fair, truck and car demolition derby, combine harvestor demolition derby, auction sale, tractor show.I'm so excited now because my husband will bring me in Iowa this summer for the John Deere show.I love John Deere and love all kinds of tractor iether its john deere, case international,or farmall. We restor John deere 60 last summer repainted it and its my favorite tractor but hubby sold it because we plan buying JD A70 not new one but maybe a junky from another farmer,we can't afford new tractor.Still hoping to find one.
And one thing excite me is that my niegbor got pregnant.I'm happy because baby have playmate soon.Maybe theres something in our water here.
This is all for now my baby cry.

So happy to see you back. Glad you didn't go away in a huff. I was wondering how your baby was doing. I guess being a mom is a big task, but I bet you get more advice than you need. Plus you have the help of the cat! Best wishes to the whole family.
