......KANAZAWA ... Where my friend Masami from glendale (LA) grew up.
Hi gang !
well I am in Kanazawa Japan, and I just returned from a date with Kyoko, Masami`s friend. I had a very good time with her so far. We found a french restaurant and had a good meal (small expensive portions though). She was going to get the check saying that she was the host, but I did the chivalrous thing and insisted on paying it. Helped her on with her jacket --- crossed my T`s and dotted my I`s like a good boy. taught her the secret handshake etc. just working on getting some positive mojo flowing ha ha ha. I will see her again tomorrow evening when she brings a friend and we do the dinner thing again.
I find her to be a rather attractive girl yet an average plain easy going personality. who is pretty funny like I was warned ahead of time. she sort of reminds me of the girl in the neighborhood who just hung around with all of the guys but could hold her own though, yet she was not a tomboy. Kyoko said that she had a good evening too but whether there is romantic interest or if she is just being a nice host I don`t know yet.
She was kind of cute speaking with a hoarse voice after scolding her kindergarden students all day. I had heard from masami that she was concious about her english but she is doing quite well and nothing to be ashamed of. being the teacher she is making me practice my Japanese too.
Miho from Nagasaki / Fukuoka is also a funny pleasant girl in a different goofey fun loving way. not quite as attractive but still a strong canidate, someone who is very caring. I know she has a strong interest in me though.
decisions desisions ha ha ha if we can get to that point.
4 more days of the trip and then back to the bump and grind of ordinary life. but I will have some thinking and possible planning to do. I also want to get to some other activities in my life for a little while too.
It sure has been a blast and I have learned alot. even if nothing definate pans out.
Gotta get back into sync at home and then I will compose an over all diary for myself and we will do a cut and paste deal. give me a couple weeks and I will try to throw together a webpage with pics too.
