www.callingcardplus.com   You guys are paying way too much

get a T-plus calling card for Ukraine (to a cellular phone)...land-lines are even cheaper...6 cents a minute...connect is pretty good, there is disconnects and rarely wont work, keep trying, you'll get a hold of your wife/fiancee.  Good luck!

My wife calls her mama and friends quite frequently. She always uses 1015335 service. The rate is 17c per minute, 10 minutes minimum. In other words a call will cost $1.70 when a call is less than 10 min and flat 17c per min. when a call exceeds 10 min. There is no other, hidden or explicit, charge what so ever. The sound and connection is very good. We had some trouble last year but not this year.
It is so simple: just dial 1015335 ahead of 011-380 (Ukraina).

I do that regularly I would advise you to use a phone card. I use one that gets me 26 minutes for $5 & 52 minutes for $10. Be VERY prepared for numerous disconnects & DAYS on end at times when you will NOT be able to get through at all. Their phone system is antiquated.

Has a variety of cards to choose from and when I was dialing oversea had the best rates.  And they're pretty good for state side service as well.  (Why better than what they offer at Wal-Mart).
