If I am going to take K-1 papers with me on my trip, can someone please tell me which ones I will need to take?
I think she would need to sign:
1- A page saying she's free to marry.
2- four copies of the G-325.
what else??

I had understood that it is helpful if you can take the papers with you rather than sending them later..
I am just thinking ahead.  No, I wouldn't send in papers immediately, but better to have them, I felt, rather than waiting and doing it all by mail later if you are going to do it..

Thanks,
BB

Assuming Ukraine, take a look at (if you haven't already):

Note that Warsaw is out of the picture, it's all done in Kyiv.

I would take the adit photo instructions so you get the proper pictures you need to include on your fiance visa (you might as well get your adit photos done as well)application along with a couple (maybe three) G-325 A forms in the event she makes some mistakes.  Best to make a copy of the first page or print one out - let her make her mistakes on that one and then let her press real hard on the one the BCIS mails you.

I never heard of her signing a page saying she is free to marry.  Is this new?  Where did you hear this from??  I know what I said above still holds.  Also, you should get her an International passport, get copies of her birth certificate translated and certified along with any divorce papers as well as start getting her police report.  If you can include it all in your packet, so much the better - no lead to do it later.

One mistake...get the police report going, but she has to bring that to her interview down the road.  There is no need for you to include her police report in your K1 packet.  The translated birth certificate for her as well as you as well as divorce papers if such apply you should include as well.
