He spoke mostly about his own agenda, Green Cross, and about all the "politics" that seperate the average Joe in their respective countries. Talked about how he's hated less and less each day back home,,,,, how the world was once getting closer and smaller but how 9/11 made everything seperate apart again. Can't say I would have liked to hear any US President speak about their agenda and I have always voted conservative.

Hey Thanks Stan
"He mostly spoke about his own agenda". Seems to me no different to most *speakers* these days. Thanks for sharing your experience. Most grateful, you outlined it very well in my eyes.

You US *Blokes* back home should really wake up.How long is your memory? Half of one inch? Have a think back ! You have had donkeys years to think about what he is all about. Who cares if he was the first USSR  PM to visit USA. What did he do for the USA ? And what did he promise?

Has anyone ever asked him of his thoughts and hopes for the ME and whats happening in Israel?

NO.

WHY?

Because no one has the *True Grit* to stand up and seek the Truth. Is Gorby going to tell you the truth? Come on, from an Atheist country !

To the other Poster who really wants to know Gorbys thoughts, dream on. You really want to know *his* thoughts ! Come on *Dude*.

Why not ask the *Witch Doctor* at the end of the street, their knowledge would be about as valuable as Gorbys ! He is just another Bloke with a pair the same as the rest of us! He didnt get there on Democracy Bloke! He got there because he *wilted* like the rest of them!

Yeh I know, I only appear when I have a gripe, but do some reading for goodness sake, you will find out without ever having to ask! And when you do read a little history, and understand, just look at the global picture and remember the harmonics of Gorbys speeches!

Promise, what he is not addressing, is *Gonna* happen !

:-(
