i get your point. i would like to visit the big cities, just for the fact that they are easy to get too, and you dont have to travel as much. siberia sounds good, but its a LONG TRIP!!!!! and i would lose two days just trying to get there and back. tver's girls just dont look that cute to me. i think the best looking  girls i have seen(from photos of course) have been from moscow, kiev and st petersberg.

You can search by city, and find gorgeous women in almost any city you choose...

Kiev is a great city and there are still many nice girls there I am sure.  But if you are in Ukraine, I would look at places like Odessa and Dnepropetrovs'k (where my wife is from).  I found the women in these cities generally much more polite, punctual and far less spoiled by foreign men.  

I have also been to Tver and for the most part, the women in the agencies there are very, very young.  "Lifetime Partners" is a legit agency but they kept trying to put me with women far too young.  Most of the women seemed to be between 18 and 22.  The other big agency there "Absolute Perfection" is NOT legit and is a huge rip-off!

Have you considered personal ads???
