Looking for a site that sells Russian movies with or without English subtitles or dubbed in English.
your help is appreciated.

I don't know where you can buy them... but Netflix has an incredible assortment of Russian movies for rent. (You could effectively buy them by not returning them, I think... Dunno how that works...)

A lot of times when you go to rent it, there will be a "Buy it Now from bestBuy" Icon.. but I haven't really paid attention if it comes up when the Russian movies are selected or not.

Victoria is very excited about gettnig some of these movies, and we have a few on order.

I figure its only fair... 99% of the time we watch English movies (though she no longer needs subtitles... her English is now very good..)

we are friends with this couple from dnipropetrovsk and they d/load russian and Ukrainian movies to their pc then watch them on t.v. they have a t.v. out port on their video card. they connect their t.v. to their pc via rca style connectors. I really like the old soviet comedies.

Try Kniga.com...my wife purchased around 300 VHS tapes from these guys.  Lots of old and obscure stuff available, that only she was interested in.
