Hello:

Does anyone know if during my fiancee's stay here during the 90-day period if she can legally go to Mexico and back? I want to buy tickets for a major concert across the border, and must do so soon if we are to go, but I don't know if she can go there with the fiancee visa.

Please advise.

That's why I had to take my wife to Hawaii instead of on a  cruise to the Southern Carribean.  They told me that once she gets off the boat to go onto a non-american island, that's it, she would not be allowed to re-enter in Puerto Rico.  So we did the Hawaii thing instead..  Just not worth it to mess around and create problems...

My 2 cents.

No she can not. Her visa is only good for one entry. You must file for, and recieve permission for more than one entry, but they will want to know the reason, and it is for emergencies only (Family death, health etc). It is very difficult to get this changed, and for the reason being that the K-1 is not to be replaced as a tourist visa.

The way they think is her only reason in the USA is to marry you, not go out of country to watch a concert.

She will have no issues traveling within the country, she just can not visit anyplace where they will need to look at her passport.

Mexico might let her in, but for sure the US won't let her BACK in. K-1 visa is good for only ONE entry into the US, no exceptions.
