IKAR was, I believe, originally a SPb agency that has added women from other areas to their portfolio. I had a paid-up membership at one time, and found them to be honest and responsive. I've also used their associated company, northernpalmira.com, to provide flowers and small gifts. From reports back to me, the items are of good quality, and the messengers have some class (or what passes for class). However, they have never hit the mark for a promised date (sometimes days early, more often a few days late), and I suspect that they are getting a very, very fat margin over their costs.
