Talking with the wife last night.  She said that she wishes she were home.  I took that as a good sign, until she expanded on her view.  She wishes she could be home for a couple of hours, so she could take me to bed, and then head back to Ukraine afterwards.

Hmmm, not as promising as I had hoped.  At least her libido is in the US, if not her spirit...

As it really does take a really strong women to up and leave her country for another one so far away.  I mean, her momma, poppa, brother and the whole big ole family will be waving her good-bye.

Those that are too eager to jump on the airplane headed West are the ones that ya just have to wonder about. What really is there motives?

But the ones that are deeply devoted to their family and believes in happy endings are the ones we're after.

I pretty much agree with you.  It is a big sacrifice for many of these ladies, and to have one be so devoted to you is very uplifting and humbling, both at the same time.

One good thing is that we are starting to plan for expanding our family in the next year or two.  We're hitting some household and financial stability now, and we are almost ready to take on the greater responsibility of children.  We're already starting to work out various details that we need to do first (moving to an HMO, getting some elective surgeries done, changing the exercise room to a nursery, etc.)

Once we become parents, I think that will really strengthen our lives together even more.  Plus, it will bring much joy to us and our families.  Her mother and grandmother have been pressuring us pretty hard the last couple of years...
