I received an email from a guy who said he registered as Max but cannot post with his password and he gets no response when he emails info@planetlove. what should happen?

I reviewed account requests last night and everyone who looked okay was authorized to post.  I think there were two people who I rejected.  One because the same person registered twice under different usernames, and another that fit the profile of a well known troll.  If you friend wasn't either of these people, his account should be ready.  If he was the guy who registered twice, he'll have to try again because when I see duplicate account requests with different names, I always delete all of them.

It appears that I can post now.  So, that’s for your help.  I did try to register twice but only after a few days of being unable to post.  I did receive the password but it just didn’t work.
