hello to all,my name is charlie and ive gotten interested in a woman ive been chatting with on the internet.she lives in bucharest romania.have any of you guys had any experience with romanian women?or dealing with the romanian bureaucracy?i know most of the discussion here generally concerns russian and ukrainian women but if anybody has information..or even has an idea where i could find such information,it would be appreciated.i have actually talked with several romanian women..all of them very beautiful and seemingly very sweet.i am curious why they are rarely(if ever) mentioned here.well i hope to see some helpful info or suggestions..thanks.charlie from oklahoma usa

I had planned a side trip to Bucharest that never materialized. I had these three links on the laptop that I travel with and was planning on my back-ups from these databases. That was over a year ago when that trip got sidetracked. Maybe there will be some links here that will help you. I may still go that route later, as it seems like a good destination.

There is an agency, Romanian Romance that has services, but I don't know of their reputation or quality. Here is the link: http://www.romanianromance.co.uk/

I don't know if you'll have any problems with the Romanian bureaucracy. Romania is on the fast track for joining the EU and it is required to standardize immigration and transit procedures. The issues you'll be dealing with mostly are from the US INS, which is discussed here in depth. You can apply the INS issues for Russia and Ukraine to Romania except for the embassy interviews. You'll have to go to the US Embassy in Romania website for that information.

One thing to note. A few guys here are pursuing girls in Moldova. Moldova is divided into ethnic Romanian and Ukrainian sides. The girls on the Ukrainian side are able to obtain Ukrainian passports and travel papers but it's different on the Romanian side.

It is all a numbers game.  There are simply more ladies available in Russia and Ukraine, hence more guys interested in going there and talking about the situation on a message board such as this.

Sorry, but I know nothing about Romania.  However, when I see guys posting something like 'they are all beautiful and sweet,' then I know you have a lot of pain to go through.

im not sure why you felt compelled to respond to my post..i was hoping for information from somebody that actually knew something about romania.my comment about the sweet and beautiful women..was very specific to the women i have had conversations with.(slow down when you read!..heh)i am not so foolish as to make sweeping and broad generalizations about any women from any country.i appreciate the hint of compassion at the end of your response but it is unnecessary.p.s..im not new to all of this..ive actually been in that part of the world to meet a woman.ukraine specifically..didnt work out.ijust dont know a damn thing about romania('cept famous gymnasts and vampire folklore,and my knowledge of those is scant..heh) would like to find out more!..thanks anyway JR..peace.Charlie
