Oatmeal, without all the sugar or junk added, is a really clean source of carbs.  I used to eat Oatmeal 2 or 3 times a day for my carb intake, so co-workers used to call me Oatmeal because everytime they saw me I would be eating Oatmeal.

Only problem is that after a short time it starts tasting like cardboard.
