... in response to Visit Canada on K1?, posted by KC12 on Apr 1, 2002First is that she must have a visa for Canada to be allowed to legally enter Canada. On K-1 status with the US, it is doubtful that she will get the Canadian visa prior to expiration of her K-1.
Second problem is re-entry into the US. If she is still on K-1, then she has already used her single entry into the US and she will be unable to depart and re-enter the US unless you marry and apply for (and receive) Advance Parole documents.
In a nutshell, what you are asking is almost certainly NOT legally possible.
