Author Topic: Obtaining I-765 signature card form  (Read 2228 times)

Guys,

Can I get a little help from one of you who lives near a INS Local/District or Service Center?  My wife and I are about to apply for AOS through the mail.  In order to do this, we need to include in our packet a I-765 Signature card.  I can't find this form anywhere on the web.  The forms we have tell us that we can pick up this form at our 'local' center.  Well, our 'local' center is more than 4 hours away by car.  Could one of you guys who lives near a local center pick one up for me and send it my way?  I'll compensate for everything.  Please respond offline at:

I work close (8-10 blocks)to one.  Will be transfered however April 1 so I'll TRY Monday.  Sent you an e-mail.  If anyone else needs any forms from there, post under here TODAY as I will try and get them Monday IF it ain't raining AND if I don't have to wait in any lines (ie they are out on a display shelf or something similiar).  Sorry, I know a lot of ifs, but too far to walk in the rain and I don't have time during lunch to wait in line.

All you have to do is get past the security checkpoint and go up the escalator. All the forms are right there. 650 Capitol Mall.
