The Affidavit of Support (I-134) is not needed at this time. No need to include it.
If you were born in the U.S., only your certified birth certificate is needed to prove citizenship.
Her birth certificate is not needed with the application.
Make sure you include 2 letters of intent, one from you and one from her.
You also need one official color visa photo (3/4 frontal) for each of you. It’s best to get these done at a photo shop that specializes in INS and passport photos.
If you send copies of original certified documents, include a signed statement attesting to the fact that document copies submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered originals and that the originals are available on request.
Double check the requirements in the instructions for the I-129F.
