3 way telephone calls

I am looking for someone to setup and translate a phone call to my lady in Ukraine.  Any suggestions.

But you have to find out from your phone company how to set up 3 way calling and who'll pay phone charges.If there will no be charges for me I'll gladly help you.Otherwise you can contact interpreting line (I think AT&T has it), but it will be expensive.

Do you have 3 way calling at your house? Maybe a phone card will be enough of a bribe to get my wife to translate?? Depends when it will be mostly as she is doing the big shopping expidition this weekend.
