Look how far we've come, my baby?
Might have took the long way...
but then we knew we'd get there some day.
Some said...
I bet ...
They'll never make it...
But just look at what's goin' on..
HAHA... I just love that song--by Shania Twain.
ANYWAYS---Thai passed the interview. I won't know for sure when He'll actually arrive in America. I'll talk to him more on sunday morning.
How am I feeling?
Excited, scared, full of energy I need to get my house ready, Brush up on my cooking skill. Luckily, I am one of those people who refuses to cook out of a box. The other day my oldest daughter had to BEG me in the store for some tuna helper...yulk!!
But anyways...it looks like this couple has made it this far...now the real work comes...the fun part. My eyes are wide open, I know I have alot to learn from Thai. And he from me.
Thanks everyone...wooooooooooooooohoooooooooo!!!

Lori,
Isn't it amazing how time passed by and we eventually reach the goal we are seeking?!   Best wishes and let us know when he is on the way.

Fantastic, Lor!  O-Medeto gozaimus!!! Let's see, Dave posted a get ready checklist a while back (throw out old pizza boxes, install toilet seat, etc.) but somehow I guess it doesn't apply in your case so much. Keep us posted on the latest.

Hey Lori,

That is GREAT! I am very excited for both of you! Keep us posted.

Gee...I thought that cooking from a box was cooking from scratch and that frozen dinners were also considered a form of "home cookin'." I guess take out, eaten at home doesn't count either. 8-O What if you reheat it the next day in the microwave?

Jeff, I forgot to add "Throw out or transfer the old Playboy collection to a single friend." Well, I guess this doesn't apply to Lori. ;o))

And I thought it was only a concern for the guys.  Last week, I met a pinay right here on the home-front.  But things did not click two ways.  Oh well. I felt bad.  But to look at it in the positive light, I don't have to hurry up and clean up my place since it will be a while before I invite somebody over.  I do hang my clothes in the cellar as the dryer can use alot of juice and jack up my electric bill.  But if I had a guest, I'd of course better hide my underwear.

OK Lor, dump the holey underwear, but hang on to those flannel PJs - especially if they have a trapdoor and feet. There's nothing sexier!
