I need to know the proper people to contact for help. My fiancee who is from the Ukraine was in an Automobile accident and fractured her hip. The state hospital did what they could but it is not near enough.

In any event she needs to get the proper care for her injury. There are private clinics in Kiev, Moscow and other places in Western Europe. I am looking for medical charites or humanitarian organizations to contact to see about getting help for this. I have sent them what money I can but it is not enough. It will cost around
$10,000 USD for a two month stay in one of these clinics. Somebody out there has to know where I can turn for help here. Please step forward. I would be eternally grateful.
