I have sent 325 bio papers to my fiancee. I need to know if if her daughters picture can go on her moms visa or does she need a seperate visa (daughter is 17) and she needs to fill out one form her self and one for her daughter. she must also send a 2 blank signed back to me. please give me your feed back thanks, rick

Yes she does. It is a K-2 visa and she will need to do everything that her mother does (med exam, vacinations, police report, translation of birth cert, G-325As with all FOUR pages signed, and her own Int'l passport.

I suggest clicking on the "immigration " on the left side of this forum and then click on Doc Steins. You'll have to jump to the bottom and click the accept button to view this page ( which is legal junk to protect themmself sense they are not lawyers ) anyway once there you can locate answers to about any imigration questions you may have. I know the designer of this sight and She knows more then most attorneys! If it's not on there under the K-2 section I'll e-mail her your question, just let me know.
