LatinEncounters does have a house about 4 blocks away from Chipichape, it's big and nice, with a pool and 4 rooms available to rent.  We just started using it a over a month ago.  The office across the Intercontinental is gone now, we have 2 places now though, our office is located in Av. Estacion which is in the north as well, but the office now is for the ladies to sign up only, in the house we lodge our customers and they have their introductions, we also have socials about once a month,
I don't know why I missed posting it before, any questions, feel free to ask,
Carolina

They closed the house, are no longer renting rooms.I presume Mike will not continue renting it.
Mike apparently got tired of the hassle of trying to keep guys happy who stayed there. But also the utilities on a house like that are huge and it was probably a loser unless he could have at least 3 or 4 guys staying there at a time.
I wonder if Cali Vip can make money with just an office and reffering guys to hotels, but if you surf the site you will see there are alot of opportunities to pay for more photos, ect. That is probably smart, make some money off of lurkers who will never catch a plane.

I presume he could keep it going if he wanted to,but he found his fiance, his stated goal,so why dump more money in it now?I presumed that would happen, how long do you want to feed it?
Maybe the site is making money if enough lurkers pay up.They do have lots of good pictures to entice people.

They make a lot more money selling access to photos than clients going down there. Mike used the house and agency to find a girl, which he found, so he cut back on everything. If you have noticed, a lot of agencies I think will go this route instead of having the overhead of a Hugh house a nd putting up difficult clients who complain about every little thing.

The only agency in Cali I am aware of that still has a house is Cali Charm, but Roy owns the house and lives there which he would probably be doing even if he did not have an agency.

Are you sure you mean Latin Encounters? They have an office near the Intercontinental hotel and nothing more I thought.
Latin Internet had a house in the south with a long steep entry but they moved to a small hotel in the San Fernando area I think  about 8 months or so ago.

Latin Encounters is located in Traveler's Suites across the street from the intercontinental Hotel last time I checked.

Of course there are rooms for rent, it's a hotel and Latin Encounters has an office there.
