Does anyone (Pete) know how much high speed internet cable costs when you use Vonage in Cali?

Just having my vonage up and running (maintain the dial tone) appears to chew up about 250 Megs per month....which amounts to 1/4 of the cheapest UNIWEB monthly plan of 1,000 Megs a month.  That 1,000 Meg plan costs around 75,000 pesos a month - about $35 per motnh.
