One BIG PROBLEM-no seats available, at least to Colombia, at those prices. About the best price to MDE was $625 and BOG $545.  Must leave by the 12th an return by the 31st.  Hard to find an open seat on the return after Christmas except on the 31st. ( I did not try price line but called Avianca direct here in Bogotá.)

FYI for anyone in the NYC area, Avianca now has an office in the Queens.
