Well,we got throught to the Embassy.  They said we were actually the 1st to call on the K-3.  We asked is Honey could pick up her visa at the Emabssy and they said "NO!".  Said the visa had to be sent to the address on the application - in 3 weeks, possibly more.  

Honey cried for hours because I will leave in 8 days and she will have to return to Davao.  Really ruined the vacation and now we are concerned that she will actually make it by Christmas or not.
