Internet resource to send roses to BAQ?

[Looking4Wife]

Does anyone know a good internet resource to send a dozen (or fewer) roses in BAQ economically (approx. $30 or less, but even $40-$45 might do in a pinch).  The places I have seen so far presume that you want to inundate a woman with 18, 24, or 36 roses.  I have seen some good prices, but I'm not trying to start a rose garden just yet... :-)

i use them  a few weeks ago, roses arrived in good shape, but dont order the balloons, it shows 4 to 5 in their photos, but when they arrived, only one baloon, pretty sad.
