Monteria, Cordoba and the surrounding area. We walk around the city at night, we drive around the countryside, we ride the buses to the coast. It's the one place that we go in Colombia where you don't have to think about the security situation and can just behave normally. If you look at the crime statistics, it's got almost the lowest crime rate in Colombia. You never see a gringo but the women are smoking hot - the costena type.
