I just joined the list hoping to learn what I can about dating women in Colombia. I asked for help finding an interpreter in Cali. Only 2 people replied. Thank you. All I read are posts from everyone who are fighting with one another. You guys need to get it together. You are making this forum a joke. No wonder why some guys are having relationship problems. Just read your posts, they are ridiculious. Some of the guys must have relationship issues because all they do is rip each other. Take my advice and learn the first step to having a successful relationship, forgive and let go, and move on. Please this forum should be a forum where guys should be helping one another, not tearing each other down. This process is hard enough without all the bull....

If you have been only following the last week or so you could get a bad impression.There were some prolonged flame wars that don't happen real often but did recently.Over the long run that has not been what this forum is about.Most people are helpfull and there can be lots of usefull and interesting threads.
I HOPE this recent history is the abervation I think it is.I know it will not be allowed to continue,the moderator just let them run with it awhile before stopping it.
Also you might try www.worldlovecollege.com A guy from here started it.It used to be more argumentative than this forum but has been pretty good recently.I follow both boards and respond to things I find interesting.
You might even want to check the archives here to see that the last week is not representative.
To me its at least worth following to see if there is anything usewfull happening.

Well Jose from China board the primary school is in the archives. We cannot sit here like parrots on a limb waiting for a question. Can you imagine how many times I have read there are girls available on sat or sund at Chipi Chapi or there is a great place to eat called simon something. The forum itself is mostly about opinions and new information. Obviously there is conflict when there are opinions. As to translators most of the agencies have lists, but you never know how cheap or how good, so shop around. Also recomendations are like opinions. A thought to keep in mind, gringo sponsored businesses require a larger profit unless they are in it for the fun. jimc
