Gentlemen,

Thank you both for presenting your views on a very important issue...the relationship between customer & agency owner. BAQ, you've stated your case on your experiences & what you felt needed improvement. You also crossed the line big time, in dissing another man's wife...not kool! Jaime, thanks for taking the time to address publically what you felt were legitimate gripes from BAQman & what you felt was baseless! I can only ask, that the both of you tone the dialect between yourselves. Just to let y'all know, I'm still haven't made up my mind, how much of the "back & forth" postings regarding you two will not be deleted. FYI....after reading most of the posting between you two...Jaime, is the one, I have more confidence in!

Hoda, I don't have benefit of an established relationship with you as do other posters on this board; but I appreciate you giving this newbie's posts on his experiences a fair shake.  As another poster wrote, this may be oneof the few times you'll see an agency owner publicly admit severe failures.  If this serves as a warning to other relative newbies...I'm glad i made the effort.  I hope, over time, I'll earn your confidence as well.

Baqman I support your right to post your criticisms of Jaime's agency. As a former client we would expect you to. Jaime responded in his personal fashion and should be lauded for doing so. He took responsibility for errors and ommissions in your service and indicated that they have been corrected. No one is perfect here, I least of all. But there is one glaring mistake that has been ocurring here recently and that is naming people who have no recourse to defense. You broke a Cardinal rule by making disparaging remarks about someones wife, true or not. If this is who his wife is it is not your place to inform him especially on a public forum. These kind of statements are like bullets and can't be retrieved once they are sent on their way. Jamie has closed the matter correctly and when fuzzy and pablo stop playing tag team you will be allowed to post in peace. I would advise you to find other subjects that interest you here and try to keep your responses, if not your opinions, above the belt. Unless of course the other poster is not capable of behaving in kind. If so he will eventually be transported into cyberspace.jimc

You still haven't grasped the whole "some time" thing, huh?  And they say education in the US is on the decline...go figure.  LOL
