Hello everyone, Newb that needs advice

Hey, I'm new to the scene and I would like to know if anyone has used the agencies below and what opinions you have of them, second hand info is fine. Thanks in advance. I also want to know if there are agencies in Brazil that do actual introductions and not just selling addresses and what your impressions of them were and what are the web addresses, second hand info is fine with this also, I appreciate any help you can give.

there used to be one agency In Rio and one in Sao Paulo , but the big cities are just not that safe for a group of gringos ..

fire and passion was one agency but i have no idea what has happen to it ...

if you have time a good trip outside of the big cities can be very rewarding .

the only one i know about would be all colombian girls, which i know the owner owes some of his former employees back wages, and they are constantly chasing him, trying to collect their pay, so i might be a little cautious of bad service form unhappy employees, just a thought.

I am curious where you heard that story.Seems it was part of a post you did before pluging Cali Vip.Do you know anything about this personally or did someone just tell you that?
I don't know anything about this back wages story.It could be true.Colombian owners who are not loaded with cash they are dropping in to hobby agencies can have a tough time getting by and can have trouble making payroll.
As far as service,All Colombian girls has in my opinion the best service of any agency in Cali right now with their present staff.If those girls are mad about not getting paid it is not showing in their service.Paula is EXCELLENT,as is the other girl there,I forget her name right now.Several guys staying with me  have used them recently and have a very good impression of their service.
Also,Ricardo will deal,be it per introduction,per day,or for a longer period.If you check the web site you will see lots of attractive girls.One guy staying with me VERY RECENTLY made a deal for 2 days and they sent the girls over to meet him at my apartment in north Cali.8 out of 8 showed,one I think on day three.Check that record with some  other agencies.And he paid a very reasonable fee.
When I explain all of the factors of the various Cali agencies to guys that come here the most frequent choice is ALL Colombia girls.

I personally know two girls who worked there and are still trying to get their back wages. I think one of them finally just gave up. I "plug" good service when I think it is deserved, as I have plugged many agencies on this board, so don’t think I am just "plugging" Cali VIP. Plugging them doesn’t do me any favors there, I still pay like any other client and have never asked for any kind of discount from any agency or owner, unlike SOME people on here.

as for ACG service, as I recall, I only knocked his so called "parties"  that were kind of a joke, 2 to 3 men and about 20 girls, and a few bottles of hard liquor and some beer, not what most clients think of when they think  of agency party. And yes, I know  that the business structure in Colombia is not exactly up to American standards, as far as employees getting paid on time or for working hours that they don’t get paid for, that’s just the way it is down there, but if your going to fudge on the hours, you would think that they could at least have the decency  to pay their wages on time, so a girl doesn’t have to make several trips to the office to collect her pay, or call her boss several times a week, asking for her pay’s just don’t like bosses who take advantage of employees.

I know ricardo and have used his agency many times and in my experience Ricardo has alway given me great service at fair prices (day rates etc.) and some agencies like his ex-wife that won't deal.  I have attended his parties-- and yes it was 5 gringos and 25 girls and some beer, soda and chips- not the big productions deals like TLC, but trust me, who the heck cared?  It was a pick of beautiful women and I was not interested in how Martha Stewart would critique the presentation.  I think I brought my own bottle anyway.

Ricardo IMHO is a true "pero" and understands what men want!!
I do know of some girls that have work for him that had issues with him.  I also know of lot of people that have work for or done business with Margereth that she has screwed too!  Never questioned either one of them on it, since there are two sides to every story, and I don't care to get into their affairs. Colombian way of doing business I guess.

The only problem I had with AGC,(which is not a problem if you are younger) is that at the time he had a lot of real young girls (18 -22) and I am older and was looking for women late 20's and early to mid 30's.  On his website now it looks like he has more of an age range to choose from. Can't wait to visit when I go at the end of the year!!!!  I have not been to the new location.

OK,fair enough.I just suspected someone might have fed you that imformation,someone with a motive.It could very well be true.
As far as discounts services tend to be negotiable,at least with those that are in the business to try and make a living.
I have been to lots of agency parties and  most were a disapointment.I have been to many that are as you describe.
GENERALLY agencies here are a low budget operation,with one major exception.I know they do get a big turn out at Cali Vip parties,Mike puts alot of money in to trying to make them successfull.He not only has the live band but hands out lots of gifts to the girls.Sounds a little like a TLC party.I personally prefer to meet the girls one on one,I was never much interested in big parties.Let alone being willing to pay alot of money to attend.
But,I will stand on my opinion,Ricardo's agency gives good service at a good price.
And I have NO idea whats going on at CALI VIP,if he has a full house or nobody.We hear almost nothing here.Some reports of guys having good luck meeting women would be good,thats really what the goal is here more than the flashiness of a party.

Not too bad, but I think some of the guys and girls were expecting a little more, like 10 to 15 guys, 100 to 170 girls, live band, stuffed pig, lots of alcohol and some free prizes for the girls, like at cali vip. Not saying that it wasn’t a party, but its not even clots to the ones at Cali VIP, and to be honest, it was the deciding factor for me going down there, i wanted to see if the parties were that good. just my opinion

I am with you on this Pete - I always got very good treatment from Ricardo. I was not all that hip on his first casa but hear the new place is nicer. Anyway, again, he always treated me well and so did his staff. no complaints
