Anyone attend Ft. Lauderdale 3/18/2005 LLM?

Did anyone out there attend the Latin Life Mates (LLM) tour party in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida on 3/18 - 3/20/2005?

Were the Latinas from the US or Colombia?

I was in Miami for the boat show and decided to go there Friday and Saturday night. Many guys I spoke with were disappointed, but i had a blast. Most of the ladies were from Brazil and definitely gringanized. I did a quick head count Friday night and counted over 60 ladies. I would say the ratio was about 1-1. There was a live Latin band Friday night, but the DJ on Saturday night was much better and everything seemed a lot more organized then Friday. What was way different then my experiences in Bogota was that most of the ladies seemed to know each other and broke off into groups. As you know from here, thats always difficult when trying to start up a conversation. Im still trying to figure out why there were tables of pretty young girls and half the guys were standing around with their hands in their pockets complaining about women. I think those guys need to address some issues before moving forward. I mean, there were some hot young things there. I met two girls I have kept in contact with and will be meeting when i return in June.
All in all I applaud a job well done and would consider joining the next party.

Hey Looking4Wife:

Did you go to BAQ?  I thought you were going there?  I heard that party in Ft.Lauderdale was not that great.  There were only about 18 to 21 women there.  That's what I heard.

Hey Dolph, my impression of the Latinas in Miami - forget it for the most part unless somehow they can advertise to the hotties right off the boat. but the women in Miami are probably more stuck-up, pampered and materialistic than where you live. but they are hot!! How do you like DR?? Is it clean, nice place? the women?? Some guys i hang with at my cigar shop love the place but dont go there for the good girls - they are mostly married guys

Papi, what's new? Yes, I liked the Domiinican Republic.  There are some really nice looking ladies there.  However, most of them are on the darker side, but boy are they SWEET.  What's new with you?  Is your e-mail in your profile?  I'd like to keep in touch.  I'm planning on going back to the DR this June.  I'm going to meet this woman I've been corresponding with for about three months now.  She's actually not dark at all, but more latin looking.  Well, what's the difference.  the important thing here is that she's got a lot in common with me and she's BEAUTIFULL!!!  Talk to you later.

ok, thanks for the update on DR - i am thinking about checking it out. i am putting together a new tour agency and will post my email here shortly for you when the website is done. I have exchanged a few emails and pics with Jim - but have not chatted lately and think he is in the process of getting the K1 for his girl
