I was able to obtain my passport in one day at the passport office in Miami. I arrived at 8 a.m. and was done by 2:30. Only took an hour of real time, the rest of the time I waited at the Bayside mall in downtown Miami, checking out all the Latinas, while they processed my passport.. The clerk at the counter at the passport office, who was Latin, questioned me on why I wanted to go to Cali Colombia."the women of course" I replied. He said he understood, but told me to avoid Bogota. The cost is around $90. Also if you don't fuss about having to come back, they will make you come back the next day to pick up the passport. I explained it was to far for me to travel. Craig

Craig,    Thanks so much for the post. I have always read and heard that you could get a passport in one day if you have a plane ticket to a foreign destination. But I never heard anyone say they have done it that way. Even if a person had to come back the second day it wouldnt be too awful inconvienent I think.

Was this your first trip to Cali Huh Your profile say that you have been there before. Best Reguards, Ben
