Amur Agency - Lugansk

Hi Everyone!  Has anyone had any experiences with the 'Amur Agency' out of Lugansk?

I saw below where you were relieved to see someone not write that lugansk was the scam capitol. In only my opinion lugansk IS the scam capitol of Ukraine. I get no satisfaction in saying that because I know there are many wonderful, beautiful ladies in lugansk. The problem is, like a cancer, one bad agency produced another and another and another starting in about 1995. If you can deal directly with an honest agency in lugansk than you have a chance to meet some fine women, otherwise you WILL be scammed. Frank, go to the internet and fine out information on Lugan-Girls and Albion marriage agencies in lugansk. They are the only two honest marriage agencies that I know exist today in lugansk. If the agency you are dealing with is not one of these two there is little doubt in my mind that you are probably being scammed. I will agree with Dan that Chernvosty is high on the scam list, mostly due to the cancer created by Barracuda Baranova, and I would put Kharkov ahead of Kherson as my opinion on the top four scam centers in Ukraine, but all are tamable.

It has been some time since I looked at these agencies in Lugansk. For some reason, I can not seem to bring them up. Do you know the correct Internet address for these two companies?

Steve,

You have not posted much so, I do not know how much you know about the reputation of Lugansk.

It has been called the scam capital relative to agencies on this forum several times.

I do not know about the agency that you are referring to.

If you do not get any good answers, I would contact Jack at FirstDream.com. He might have an answer for you. He is more than willing to help even if you are not going to be a client of his. He mentioned once that there is only one agency in Lugansk that he feels comfortable with. You might find that in the archives by searching under Lugansk if nothing else comes up.

I was in Lugansk back in November for 2 weeks. I didn't do a trip report because of some buffoons that post here. Anyways, I had a VERY interesting time over there. I met a lot of girls & had to turn them down. This was WITHOUT an agency there. The ladies are beautiful as in all Ukraine. Whatever you do STAY AWAY from Vega Agency. I dealt with them & rented a flat from them. However a situation arose between me & my Marina (too long for me to get into it) & I needed to contact her. Well all I got was "I don't know", "we can't get a hold of her", "she doesn't answer the phone". Then they try to hook me up with another girl. Well by that point I have girls almost lined up waiting for a chance to go out with me. I didn't need them. They weren't too pleased with that. One night I got drunk after partying with a girl & the MANAGER of the agency wound up at my apartment at around 2:00 AM?!! Then I let her have it. Anyways she drinks my beer at MY flat, THEN tells me what I want is not my Marina but perhaps HER!!!! Oh man!!! Needless to say I politely (perhaps not so) declined her advances. Such is beautiful LUgansk. The scam capital of the world. Watch out is all I can say dude. check with Jack, I have used his services & have been very happy. He might not be the most popular guy here with his temporary ban! LOL!! HOWEVER he came through with EVERYTHING he has dealt with me on my trip. If you go to Kiev DEFINATELY contact him so he can have Galina organize things for you. I will be going back to Lugansk in May so you know I don't mind the place however you have to know how to carry yourself. I guess Mexico was good training ground for me (I live 8 miles from Mexico & go there weekly) in dealing with scams & crooked police etc. Write me if you want.
