Does anyone know if you have to submit any supporting documents for a business visa, or just pay the higher fee and indicate that you want the muti-entry visa?

FWIW, I just received mine in November.  I only listed the "company" I would be visiting under the "Who invites" section.  I did throw my business card in the packet as it was a relative line of work to that of the company I listed, but I'm not sure that really mattered in the end.  No other supporting documents.  Good Luck!
