How do I use the 10-10-335 to call Moscow ?

I tried using the 10-10- number Spike mentioned and it's not working and a recording says I should first dial a 1 or 0 before using my 5 diget code what's going on here? Any help in using this will be appriciated!

I did run into a few problems. First of all you may experience some dropped calls. Also, you may get a bad connection that would not be so likely with real expensive service - and thus you may need to hang up and call back once or twice. I found this more true when calling more remote areas versus Moscow.
