A Colombian friend explained to me how scopolamine is administered. In powder form it's sprinkled on a piece of paper, magazine or whatever then held close to your face by the b*s**rd supposedly showing you something. He then blows on it blowing the powder into you face. One example he gave was a foreigner friend was in a taxi and the driver offered him a magazine to read. Blew on the powder as he handed it to him and he was done for.
