I didn't realize Yahoo just left delivery of the items up to the honor system.
It looks bad but perhaps there is an explanation other than fraud.No I am not in the market for a bridge.
It said he closed the bank account.Perhaps he headed south?
He could be reading our site or posting in a different name.
Hilton seems like a very bright guy who does not need to use BS to get a Colombiana or fraud to make money.I think he could have both of those things and still be honest.
Maybe its just a sense of grandiosity,that he has to do everything in a larger than life way.That was my take when his stories didn't pan out.
I hope he works it all out.I enjoyed his stories and he seemed to have good insight even if these things are true.

If this truly is the same Hilton Moore, then he is a hypocrite deluxe.  In what appears to be his last post (http://www.planet-love.com/wwwboard/search/searchdisplay.php?page=latin&archive=000088&id=29384&bold[]=hilton) he says: "It is no wonder that the morals of america is going south! Everyone seems to think that they can out-smart God, when in fact all they are doing is creating havoc in their own lives, as a result of not be obedient.".

I think cheating people would definitely be on God's disobedient list.

Intresting, got me curious so i pulled a search by name on this site to read his posts (since i didnt know him), i noticed they stopped in april 02 while he was in Cali.....for 4 or 5 months (WOW, long visit)....guess he was trying to finance his next visit to Cali.....i wonder if he posted bond if he would head south?

He never went south.  I called the hotel twice to see if he was staying there and also asked if they had a piano and the answe to both was no.

I think it's the same guy.  In some of his posts he mentioned his full name and that he was from Joplin Missouri.  The article we just read is from the Joplin Globe so if it's not him it's a big coincidence.  

I remember that someone found a press release that Hilton had put out about his company Microtek Software in the first part of last year. It was his press release as his ID that he posted under was microtek@sbcglobal.net and the name in the press released matched his.  His company was supposedly selling installation software.  I'm not surprised that the link to his company is no longer active.

It appears that the mystery of where Hilton went has been solved... At least we know where he WILL be for awhile... A long vacation at the expense of the taxpayer...
