Hi gang,

This is off-topic, so I apologize if I have violated any protocols.

I have been a regular here for some time, and am awaiting my wife's visa to be granted, that she can come here, finally, from Dipolog City.

The purpose of this post is to see if there are any Bostonians on the list. I am in the process of trying to get on the 9th district ballot to replace Joe Moakley (RIP) as congressman.  It is a major uphill battle and I would welcome any help any locals can give.

Just curious: where do you stand on gun control? :-)
