Hi Jimbo and Sally.

Looks like you guys will beat us, Still no word on the N-400 yet, but expecting something soon. They still haven't sent the $50 refund for fingerprints that they promised (LOL).

Also, she still hasn't received her new green card after 8 months. I think the USCIS should contract their green card manufacturing operation out to the California DMV. The DMV gets your new license to you in about 2 weeks and never seems to make a mistake on it. Not bad for a state run by a bunch of Democrats. Well, we do have the Governator...

On a side note, Jesse Ventura has been running TV ads attacking the Governator. I think they should stage a fight on live TV. That might be interesting...

Hi Ray,

No date yet?  You must be close - the USCIS site shows the San Diego processing date as May 1, 04.  I think you applied before that, right?

Boston is funny - they show a processing date of Feb 25, 04 and we didn't apply until April, yet we've already got an interview date.  These district offices can't be compared with regard to how they operate, I guess.

As to the final (non-conditional) green card, they told us at the I-751 interview that it would arrive after 6-9 months but we got it after 6 weeks.  Go figure.

I wish we had the Governator instead of "Caleefornia" -LOL

It's a tossup about who's worse, though, Kerry & Kennedy or Boxer and Feinstein.
